Silent Group Meditation

We will start promptly at 7pm and sit in silent, still meditation together until the bell rings again (30-40min), followed by 15 min or so of questions and answers, observations and socializing. Please plan to attend/arrive prior to 7pm so you have time to get situated (both online and in person).

We have meditation props available for use including cushions and chairs. Feel free to BYOCushion/zafu/bench if you have a favorite one (when meeting in person).
